By accessing and using MobileFirstCSS (mobilefirstcss.com), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.
MobileFirstCSS provides a free, client-side tool that converts desktop-first CSS media queries into mobile-first CSS media queries. The tool processes all CSS code locally in your browser. No code is transmitted to, stored on, or processed by our servers.
You are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use MobileFirstCSS for personal and commercial purposes. You may use the converted CSS output in any project without attribution. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the tool's source code beyond what is available in the browser.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the conversion output will be 100% accurate in all cases. You are responsible for testing and validating the converted CSS in your projects.
In no event shall MobileFirstCSS, its operators, or contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
While we strive for accurate CSS conversions, the tool may not perfectly handle every edge case or complex CSS pattern. Always review and test the converted output before deploying to production environments.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service with or without notice. We also reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
